When do you want to sell?



Decide which auction you would like to put your property in. Sale dates and venues can be found above.
In addition, lots can also be sold unconditionally between auction dates.


Get in touch



Contact Allitts as soon as possible - although this is not essential, providing us with advance notice allows us to more effectively market the lot to potential buyers.


Obtain an Auction Appraisal



We can provide you with a free, no obligation auction appraisal of your property and will advise you as to its suitability for auction


Agree and confirm a guide price*



Discuss your requirements with a member of our auction team, confirm your interest in proceeding and discuss time scales. Agree a guide and reserve price for your property.


Entry Fee



An entry fee will be agreed with you prior to signing our agreement


Auction Agreement



We will give you a copy of our agency agreement setting out our tems and conditions. This will have to be signed to enter your lot into the auction




* Please be aware that 'Guide Prices' are indicative only and are generally within ± 10% of where the reserve may be set at the time of going to print, subject to the seller’s final instructions. Please note they are NOT an indication of the anticipated sale price or a valuation.

Reserve Price: the seller’s minimum acceptable price at auction and the figure below which the auctioneer cannot sell. The reserve price is not disclosed and remains confidential between the seller and the auctioneer. Both the guide price and the reserve price can be subject to change up to and including the day of the auction.

The Auctioneers and sellers accept no responsibility for any loss, cost or damage that a buyer may incur as a result of relying on any guide price.
